PRODUCTS

Our product line covers all types of air dry and baking enamels based on Alkyd, Polyester, Epoxy and Vinyl resins for use in spray, dip, roller coat and coil coat applications. All products are developed to meet the requirements and specifications of our customers. All finished goods are produced following receipt of customers' orders and are stored in our warehouse until released. Over 10,000 specific end products have been produced and are available for purchase.

Product Assurances

KelCoatings Limited is confident in stating that our series of exterior grade polyester products will exhibit favorable performance in the environments for which they have been designed. We are further confident in assuring our customers that our paint systems will exhibit equal to, and in some cases better performance characteristics than that of our competitor’s comparable paint systems.

Acid rain and environmental pollution
With today’s variety of air pollutants and acid rain, it’s extremely important that paint resin selection and choice of pigments be made carefully to avoid premature breakdown of the coating by harsh atmospheric elements. Two tests are available to predict these failures: the Kesternich and the Sodium Metabisulphite tests. KelCoatings’ exterior systems have passed these tests with excellent performance ratings

Corrosion and humidity resistance
KelCoatings’ exterior polyester systems, when applied over suitable substrate, will yield excellent corrosion and humidity resistance. Over 1000 hours salt spray and condensing humidity are achieved without experiencing blistering or significant corrosion.
